Your training will begin months prior to opening your doors. When that day comes, you will be 100% confident in your ability to operate and grow your practice.  As a conversion franchise, you will also receive the support and benefits of being part of the UCHC family.

Incubator Franchise 
The Incubator Franchise is an ideal situation for the new graduate who is looking to own his or her practice but isn’t in the financial position to due so. With our program, we assist in financing, furnishing, opening and operating your UCHC office. After three years, you have an opportunity to own the UCHC Franchise outright.

Contract Terms
  •   20% of gross collections paid to UCHC for three years.
  •   After the initial three-year trial franchise, you will have the opportunity to convert it to a
       full UCHC franchise. You will assume franchise terms of $500 per month plus 10% of
       gross collections for an additional three-year contract.
  •   After the second three-year contract, the UCHC fee converts to 5% above and beyond
       the established baseline. A minimum payment of $500 per month is required.
  •   Three-month intensive training program prior to opening your office at one of
       our UCHC signature offices in Charlotte, NC or Glen Carbon, IL.
