Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 800-228-9290 or 704-527-9650 by the designated cut-off dates outlined for each event. They must identify themselves as members of the Upper Cervical Group.
After the cut-off date, rooms not covered by individual reservations shall be released from UCHC’s group room block and the Marriott may contract with other parties for the use of such rooms. The Marriott will continue to accept reservations from attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.
