Training Materials If you are one of the doctors selected to join Upper Cervical Health Centers, you will be equipped with the tools you will need to potentially build a large, high profit, Upper Cervical practice with little or no stress. The only way you can duplicate what we are doing is to have a repeatable system. A way of doing things that will achieve a predictable result time and time again. We have spent the last 13 years developing and perfecting systems to successfully operate our Upper Cervical offices. You will be given each of those systems. We will help you implement them so that you can possibly achieve the same, if not better results than we have in our own Upper Cervical practices. And, it won't take you 13 years to do it.
When you become a UCHC doctor, we will give you everything you need to implement our systems. You will be equipped with Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) Manuals for The Doctor, Office Staff, Marketing, and Billing & Coding. You will be given training DVD's to watch and learn how to perform a Consultation, Patient Exam, 1st and 2nd Report of Findings, and a Patient Orientation Class. You will also be given a DVD that teaches your staff how to do Financial Reports with your patients. Every office and marketing form needed to operate your practice will be supplied on a CD. Systems For The Doctor One of the systems we are most proud of is the office procedures for the doctor. You will be given our Consultation, Exam, and 1st and 2nd Report of Findings in written script and on DVD so that you can study and learn them word for word before applying them in your office. These scripts will help you build rapport with your patients and establish you as an expert in your field. By the time you tell the patient you can help them, they will be more than ready to sign up for your care plan.
Financial We will provide your staff with scripts and training DVD's to prepare them to discuss the financial plan with your patients. You make the recommendations for care and let your staff handle all of the financial arrangements. This frees you up to concentrate on patient care Systems For The Staff You will be given training manuals and scripts for everything you need to run your office: Scripts for answering the phone, scheduling patients, performing recalls, billing insurance and a whole lot more. You will also be given forms and checklists to keep up with all of your office stats so that you can keep an eye on every detail of your office. Systems For Billing & Coding This one is huge! We will show you exactly how to bill for every office visit to get the maximum reimbursement. We will teach you how to talk to the insurance companies to pre-certify care and find out what they will and will not pay for. We will teach you some simple things you can do in your office that could double your income almost immediately. Systems For Marketing At Upper Cervical Health Centers, we have designed a marketing system that covers everything you will need to attract new patients. We will outline a marketing plan for you at the beginning of each year to ensure a steady flow of good, educated new patients. Everything we will give you is already working in our offices and consistently generates new patients every month.
New Patient Event As part of your marketing plan, we will show you how to have at least one big new patient event in your office every month that will keep a consistent surge of new patients coming though your doors. Things like a Book Bag and School Supplies drive, an Angel Tree for Christmas, a Valentine's Getaway, something for you and your staff to plan for every month to draw in more and more new patients.
Patient Appreciation Day You will be taught how to plan and host a Patient Appreciation Day that literally attracts 40 to 50 new patients to our offices every time we have one, which is why we plan one of these events twice a year.
Patient Orientation Class We will show you how to prepare and have a Patient Orientation Class. This class will give your existing patients a strong Upper Cervical education and help you get their family and friends signed up for care that evening. You will have the whole class on DVD, on the web and in written script so you can learn it and get the same results that we do. We consistently book 15 or more new patients every month, just from this class.
Infomercial You will learn how to put our infomercial on autopilot to bring in a consistent flow of new patients every week. You schedule the programming on a local station and the new patients will come to you already educated and excited about Upper Cervical Care.
Print Ads This is just another avenue for constant growth. We have written and produced numerous advertisements you can run in your local newspaper. Once the system is in place, you don't have to do a thing other than schedule the new patients. These are time tested and work with little or no effort on your part. Run the same ad every other week or switch topics to reach a greater number of potential Upper Cervical patients.
Referrals What we really want is to help you build a practice based solely on referrals. Referral based practices are the most stable and consistent. Better yet, you don't have to spend your own money to get new patients in the door. We will show you several ways to stimulate referrals in your practice. Your patients will have such an understanding of Upper Cervical care that they will feel obligated to recommend you to their family and friends. Speaking Engagements We will show you how to get speaking engagements with special interest groups. Before you know it, these support groups and organizations will be calling you to schedule a presentation. Download logos to send to outside vendors, download press releases, select condition specific print advertisements that you want to run in your local newspaper. Your Own Coach You will have everything you will need to build the practice of your dreams, all put together in proven systems that work. But, that's only the beginning. You'll have your very own coach to help you implement these systems, an experienced Upper Cervical doctor that has used these systems will show you how to use our program to help you obtain the best results. When you first join Upper Cervical Health Centers, your coach will set down with you and write-out your goals for the next year. He will be looking over your shoulder, helping you continue to grow and reach those goals. And then, when you get so busy you cannot handle the patients by yourself, we will help you find a new Upper Cervical doctor, train them and plug them into our system in your office.
Staff Training We will open up our offices to your staff so they can experience, first hand what a busy Upper Cervical office looks and feels like. They will get hands on training and get to see our systems in action.
